Condition Description: G - Hoop is in good condition. Wood has one gouge on curved side as pictured. Has slight warp, with 5/16" lift. Black Paint has some wear stick-side. Silver sparkle wrap is 95% intact with one end reglued as it separated from the original tacks due to shrinkage. Wrap has slight ginger-ale fade. In round within 1/4", smallest measurement: 17 15/16"
