Condition Description: EXC - Hoop is in excellent condition with no cracks or damages in the wood. Sits mostly flat with maybe 1/16" lift. Has 4 holes from Marching Bracket that do not go all the way through the hoop. Original White Marine Pearl is 100% intact. Original tacks holding inlays. In round within 1/8", smallest measurement: 16"
