Condition Description: Good - Hoop is in good condition. No cracks in the wood. Seam has minor separation but has been repaired and holds solid. Original Black paint shows wear and paint loss. Chrome over steel inlay is 100% intact with original staples. Shows some rust and corrosion. Lays flat with no warps or bends. In Round within 1/4", smallest measurement: 23 15/16"
