Condition Description: FP - For Parts or Not Working. Spur still works but may leave a mark on the bass drum hoop unless some padding or protection is applied. Clamp metal bar piece is missing so spike screws straight into hoop. Nickel Plating is in good condition with minor corrosion and signs of use.
