Wood has no cracks or damages, just some minor scuffs and scratches. Entire hoop was painted blue long ago. Original Gold Glass Glitter Inlay is 55% Intact and is mostly covered with blue paint. Lays mostly flat with about 1/16" lift. In Round within 5/16", smallest measurement: 25 15/16"
