Condition Description: EXC - Shell is in excellent condition. Wrap appears to have been removed and exterior painted white. Interior has original gray paint and paper label. Re-ring has minor separation on one side as pictured and plies are tight with no separation. Bearing edges are mostly clean with minor wear and signs of use.
