Condition Description: FP - For Parts / Not Working. Just shell lugs and 1 rim. Shell is clean with tight plies, cleaning bearing edges and no cracks or damages. Original wrap has no cracks or damages but some scratches and signs of wear. Chrome lugs are clean with minimal wear and rim is newer replacement. No other hardware included
