Looks to be a vintage Ludwig for a bass drum

Condition Description: f - fair condition rim, Has a slight wood crack (pic 5) and some gouges (pic 2), mostly in round 28" +- 3/8" within normal tolerance for any wood hoop. Black paint has some chipping but mostly intact
