Looks to be a vintage Ludwig for a concert bass drum

Condition Description: VG - very good condition rim, mostly clean with no cracks or damages in wood. Inlay mostly intact though one part has come loose from staples. Has been secured but could be permanently fixed with glue or staples. Black paint shows some chipping but could be refinished. 28" +- 1/4" - in round within normal tolerances
