Introduced in 1941 on Gladstone/Broadkaster models, 1950-8 for all snare drums, 1954-8 on all floor toms

Condition Description: F - Rim is in Fair condition, with what looks to be chrome plating mostly flaked away with mostly bare metal remaining. When one side is pressed flat on a glass plate, the other side shows about 3/8" lift. Does not sit perfectly flat but still 100% usable.
