Hardware all complete and fully functional with original red-felt baseball-bat muffler and early style P83 with knob-lever. Keystone badge has never been removed. No extra holes or modifications. Includes original Ludwig Patent Snare Wires, upgraded with Remo Coateded bater and new generic clear resonant. Sounds great, and ready to use out of the box
