Condition Description: FP - For Parts or Not Working. This is the Tripod Base for for a Atlas Hi-Hat stand. Needs the Top Tube, Pull Rod, and Clutch to be complete. Chrome plating is in good condition with some wear and signs of use but should clean up nicely. Pedal and Inner Rod are fully functional and works as it should.
