Condition Description: FP - For Parts / Not working. Complete and original except for missing rims, tension rods, heads, and snare wires. Shell is in round and intact. Lugs are all functional except one is missing 1 swivel nut. White felt muffler complete and functional. Parallel throw-off mechanism appears to be fully functional, lever works although extension handle is snapped off. Each end includes springs and knobs.
