Condition Description: P - Rim is in poor condition, chrome plating is mostly clean and shiny with a nice finish showing minor wear and signs of use. Appears to have some sort of crack on the inside or maybe visible seam, not visible damage on outside, but inside shows damage as pictured. Still seems to be structurally sound
