Keystone Badge is upside down and painted - likely a WFL but possibly Ludwig Transition or Pre-Serial Badge
Drum appears to originally have been Natural Maple or Duco Paint and now has silver sparkly paint and yellow tape strip

Condition Description: VG - Shell is in very good condition. Finish is peeling and needs to be removed but once done this will be an excellent project shell. Very rare Jasper shell on a Ludwig drum. Shell is structurally sound with no cracks or damages, tight plies and re-rings with no separation and smooth bearing edges with minimal wear.
