The EH Space Drum is a vintage electronic drum pad and one of the first electronic synth pads created. It offers the player the ability to refine specific tones and create diverse drum sounds that can be fully controlled and manipulated with the drum pad controls: sensitivity, start frequency, stop frequency, modulation depth, and modulation rate. All of these controls allow a player to make a wide range of; tom tom sounds, bass drum sounds, snare sounds, sound effects, space sounds, explosions, mess.

This is a very cool and unusual effect, capable of creating very strange and versatile synthesized drum sounds. The Super Space Drum is an enhanced, more dynamic, version of the more common Space Drum. The obvious difference is that this pedal has two additional control parameters: 1) Modulation Depth, and 2) Modulation Rate. The remaining 3 controls are on both pedals: 1) Sensitivity, 2) Start Frequency, and 3) Stop Frequency. The relationship between all of the controls creates some of the best analog synth drum sounds.
